How Color Match Game works

Color Match Game is a fast memory puzzle: every grid hides exactly one matching color pair, and your score is really about time.

Core rule

Find the matching color pair

Every board starts with hidden tiles. Click a tile to reveal its color briefly, then click another tile. The round is solved only when two consecutive picks reveal the exact same color.

Timer

Shorter time is stronger

The default 4x4 grid gives you 30 seconds. If you solve it quickly, the result card highlights your time because faster matches are more impressive.

Grid size

Bigger grids give more time

You can switch from 4x4 up to 10x10. Larger grids add more tiles and more seconds, but the search area grows much faster than the timer.

Method

Reveal in zones

Try revealing tiles by rows or corners instead of clicking randomly. When a color feels familiar, hold its position in memory and compare nearby zones.

Color Match Game FAQ

What is the goal of Color Match Game?

The goal is to flip hidden tiles and find the only two tiles with the exact same color before the timer runs out.

Is Color Match Game timed?

Yes. Time is the main score signal. A fast 4x4 solve is better than a slow one, and larger grids show their own time limit on the result card.

What does 10x10 mean?

10x10 means a grid with 100 color tiles. Only two of those tiles match, so it is much harder than the default 4x4 board.

Are there always exactly two matching colors?

Yes. Each new game creates one exact matching pair. The other hidden tiles use unique colors.

Can I share my Color Match Game result?

Yes. When the round ends, you can export a PNG result card with your time, grid size, limit, and attempts.
